You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually the same day or the next business day depending on the time it was placed. Because your order is specially prepared for you, once it has been processed we are unable to cancel or change it. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, we will always do our best to accommodate requests if your order has not yet been processed.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact our customer support team right away at info@livelovethrive.us. We’ll try to update the information if your order hasn’t been processed yet, but once your order has been prepared or shipped, we cannot be responsible for address errors.
Subscription Cancellations
You’re in control of your subscription. If you need to cancel, please reach out to info@livelovethrive.us at least 5 days before your next scheduled shipment. This gives us time to process your request before your order is prepared. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped or are scheduled to ship within the next 5 days cannot be cancelled, but we’ll always do our best to help you with any concerns.
